The Role

As a Consulting Partner, you will establish and lead the firm’s presence in one of our priority markets.

You will be responsible for building a high-quality consulting practice, developing senior client relationships, and shaping the firm’s intellectual and cultural standards in your region.

This is a full partner role with commercial, intellectual, and leadership accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a regional consulting practice serving large enterprises and institutions
Advise C-suite executives and boards on:
- Enterprise and corporate strategy
- AI strategy, governance, and organizational implications
- Human capital, leadership, and operating model evolution
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements involving technology, organization, and people
Translate emerging AI and systemic insights into practical strategic guidance
Develop and mentor consulting talent in your region
Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership, frameworks, and points of view
Uphold and strengthen the firm’s quality, ethics, and professional standards

You are a senior consulting leader with:
A strong professional footprint in strategy consulting, AI consulting, or human capital consulting
Demonstrated credibility with executive teams and boards
Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs
You also bring:
A systems-thinking orientation, able to connect technology, organization, and human behavior
Comfort operating in ambiguity and with long-term strategic horizons
Intellectual openness and curiosity beyond established methodologies
A thoughtful interest in how leadership maturity, judgment, and awareness affect organizational performance
A strong sense of responsibility regarding the societal and organizational impact of AI
This role requires judgment, integration, and perspective — not adherence to a single consulting doctrine.

You will build and lead a regional consulting practice with a clear strategic identity, trusted senior-level client relationships, and a high-quality local team.
