Founder Story
​Most organisations don’t fail because of poor strategy. They fail because of the level of consciousness from which that strategy is led.​
​
I built my career in consulting and the corporate world — at Philips, Bain & Company, and Accenture — leading AI innovation, strategy, and large-scale transformation.
​
Across all of them, I saw the same pattern: organisations stuck in reactive cycles. Firefighting instead of creating. Addressing symptoms while the root causes remain unresolved.

This is not a company-specific issue. It’s a leadership one — focused on managing what exists rather than consciously creating what is intended.
I founded Luminous based on this — to solve root causes, not symptoms.
